Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Fleet Maintenance Manager to join our team at Main Service Logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, and efficiency of our fleet of vehicles through regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections. This role is essential in minimizing downtime and maximizing operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain the fleet to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency
- Carry out repairs on engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Document maintenance activities and track vehicle history in compliance with company standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in managing inventory of repair parts and supplies, ensuring timely availability for maintenance tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy-duty trucks or commercial vehicles.
- Strong understanding of truck systems, including engines, brakes, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment specific to truck maintenance.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy parts and working in various weather conditions.
