Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operation of all riders and deliveries
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure the availability of bikes
- Track real-time delivery performance using the backend system
- Resolve logistics escalations in coordination with customer support
- Prepare weekly performance and maintenance reports
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience
- BSc Degree in a relevant course of study
