Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise production staff, ensuring clear communication of duties, expectations, and performance feedback.
- Monitor and manage factory floor activities to ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently achieved.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain product excellence and compliance with industry standards.
- Proactively identify and address operational challenges, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth workflows.
- Coordinate with departments such as procurement, logistics, and maintenance to ensure seamless production processes and adequate resource allocation.
- Enforce compliance with workplace safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with preference given to candidates with furniture industry expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams in a fast-paced production setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of industry-standard safety, quality, and production protocols.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering teamwork and driving operational excellence.
