Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Service Quality:
- Ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience by
- delivering prompt, friendly, and professional service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring quick
- resolution and customer satisfaction.
Team Management:
- Lead, train, and motivate front-line staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Develop staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage during peak hours, special events, and entertainment nights.
- Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews to ensure consistent quality and staff engagement.
Entertainment Coordination:
- Plan, execute, and manage entertainment activities (e.g., live music, themed nights, cultural showcases) that enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborate with external performers and vendors while ensuring all entertainment aligns with the restaurant’s brand and budget.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee seating arrangements, reservations, and floor operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor service performance and implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Identify and implement upselling opportunities through promotions, special events, and entertainment offerings.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing customer retention and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Event planning and entertainment coordination experience.
- Customer service excellence and conflict resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic reporting.
