Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Floor Manager to oversee daily floor operations while delivering exceptional customer experiences and coordinating entertainment activities. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:


Guest Experience & Service Quality:

  • Ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience by
  • delivering prompt, friendly, and professional service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring quick
  • resolution and customer satisfaction.


Team Management:

  • Lead, train, and motivate front-line staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, to maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Develop staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage during peak hours, special events, and entertainment nights.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews to ensure consistent quality and staff engagement.


Entertainment Coordination:

  • Plan, execute, and manage entertainment activities (e.g., live music, themed nights, cultural showcases) that enhance the guest experience.
  • Collaborate with external performers and vendors while ensuring all entertainment aligns with the restaurant’s brand and budget.


Operational Oversight:

  • Oversee seating arrangements, reservations, and floor operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor service performance and implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction and drive sales.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.


Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Identify and implement upselling opportunities through promotions, special events, and entertainment offerings.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing customer retention and repeat business.


Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Event planning and entertainment coordination experience.
  • Customer service excellence and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic reporting.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.
