Floor Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage entertainment activities and events (e.g., live band, comedy nights, or special-themed events).
• Ensure smooth execution and a seamless integration with the dining experience.
• Ensure that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
• Address customer concerns or complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and entertainers.
• Maintain a positive work environment and ensure team members are well-trained in customer service and safety protocols.
• Oversee day-to-day floor operations, including managing seating arrangements, handling reservations, and ensuring the restaurant maintains cleanliness and efficiency during busy times.
• Monitor service performance, identify upselling opportunities, and contribute to achieving restaurant sales targets through promotions, special events, and entertainment offerings.
• Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for peak hours, special events, and entertainment nights.
• Ensure that the restaurant adheres to health, safety, and alcohol regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices.
• Work within the entertainment budget, negotiating with performers or event coordinators and ensuring that the restaurant remains within financial constraints while delivering high-quality entertainment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience
• HND/BSc. in any course of study
• Must have experience working in the entertainment sector
