Floor Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding household items that meet their needs. Answer questions and provide product information in a friendly and professional manner.
  
• Sales: Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and needs, suggest appropriate products, and close sales. Upsell and cross-sell related products to increase sales volume.
  
• Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the household items in your department. Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends.
  
• Merchandising: Ensure that household items are displayed neatly and attractively. Restock shelves as needed, maintain proper signage and ensure that pricing is accurate.
  
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by keeping track of stock levels, reporting low stock items, and participating in regular stock counts.
  
• Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to management to improve product offerings and customer service.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  
• Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for customers. Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in household items or a related field, is a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move items of varying sizes.

Location: Dubai Suncity estate, Galadimawa, Abuja

Remuneration: NGN 60,000 + Bonus
