Responsibilities:

Floral Design and Arrangement:

• Design and create custom floral arrangements for events, including centerpieces, bouquets, and installations.
• Incorporate client preferences and event themes into floral designs.
• Stay updated on floral design trends and techniques to ensure innovative creations.

Event Collaboration:

• Work closely with the Event Design Team to align floral arrangements with overall event décor.
• Participate in design meetings to understand event requirements and contribute creative ideas.
• Ensure timely delivery and setup of floral arrangements at event venues.

Inventory and Procurement:

• Source and procure flowers, plants, and supplies from trusted vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage the storage and maintenance of flowers to ensure freshness.
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

Quality Assurance:

• Inspect flowers for quality and freshness before and during events.
• Ensure floral arrangements are maintained throughout the event to preserve their appearance.

Maintenance and Clean-Up:

• Oversee the transportation, setup, and dismantling of floral installations.
• Ensure post-event clean-up and proper disposal or repurposing of floral materials

Requirements:

• 0-1 year experience
• Minimum of HND
