Job Overview:
We seek a talented and motivated mid-level Flutter Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with our cross-functional teams to develop high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using the Flutter framework. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the evolution of our mobile application architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure technical feasibility and optimize user experience.
- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with the backend development team to integrate APIs and services.
- Conducted unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimized performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Flutter and mobile development.
- Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and collaborative problem-solving sessions.
- Participate in the agile development process, including sprint planning and retrospective meetings.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 1-2 years working with Flutter.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and mobile development concepts.
- Experience with state management techniques such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
- Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVC).
- Hands-on experience with Firebase, SQLite, or other backend services is a plus.
- Knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development is a bonus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical details clearly.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
