Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build high-quality, scalable, and reusable UI components with Flutter widgets.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party services into mobile apps.
- Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve app crashes and performance issues.
- Work with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
- Implement authentication, push notifications, and real-time features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to create a seamless user experience.
- Stay up to date with Flutter updates, libraries, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in Flutter & Dart development.
- Experience building and deploying apps for iOS and Android.
- Strong understanding of state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQLite, Firebase, or PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and Material Design.
- Familiarity with Git version control and agile development workflows.
- Experience with Google Play Store and Apple App Store deployments.
- Ability to write efficient, testable, and reusable code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):
- Experience with Flutter Web or Desktop applications.
- Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Laravel, Firebase Functions, etc.).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Experience with in-app payments (Flutterwave, Paystack, Stripe, Google/Apple Pay).
