Food and Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee all food and beverage operations to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards across all food and beverage outlets.
• Oversee the operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring superior guest experiences.
• Develop and implement menus, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives to drive sales.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining service standards.
• Supervise recruitment, training, and performance management of the food and beverage team.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen, procurement, and other departments to ensure smooth service operations.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training to communicate objectives and foster team collaboration.
• Analyze sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Report operational progress to senior management and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of working experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or a similar leadership role
• HND/BSc. Degree in Nutrition, Food and Beverage in a similar course of study
