Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist. The Optometrist will be responsible for conducting eye examinations, diagnosing and treating vision problems, prescribing corrective lenses, and providing pre- and post-operative care for patients. The role involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive eye care services.
Qualifications
- Experience in conducting eye examinations and diagnosing vision problems
- Ability to prescribe and fit corrective lenses
- Knowledge of pre- and post-operative care for eye conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities
- License to practice optometry in Lagos or relevant certification
- Experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare team is a plus
- Ability to adapt to emerging technologies in optometry practice
- Optometry degree
