Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Foreman who will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction or industrial projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently on time and according to specifications, acting as a liaison between workers and management, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing materials, assigning tasks, and addressing any issues that arise.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of construction workers or laborers.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company standards.
  • Managing schedules and allocating resources effectively
  • Conducting site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance.
  • Reporting progress, issues and completion timelines to project managers.
  • Resolving any issues or delays that may affect project deadlines
  • Training and mentoring workers to ensure skill development and safety awareness.





Requirements:

  • Minimum of HND
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
