Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the hotel’s offerings.
- Identify target audiences and tailor marketing campaigns to attract them.
- Develop promotional activities, including seasonal offers, packages, and events
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews to enhance the hotel’s services and reputation.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other industry partners.
- Negotiate and manage partnerships to drive bookings and enhance the hotel’s brand.
- Promote hotel events, conferences, and special occasions to attract participants and guests.
- Coordinate with event planners and organizers to ensure successful event marketing and execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Diploma
- At least 1 year of working experience
