Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Freelance Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team and help us market and sell our prime lands in Lagos State, Nigeria. As a Freelance Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in connecting potential buyers with our exceptional properties.

  • Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level : No Experience
  • Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Actively seek out potential buyers through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and cold calling.
  • Listing Presentations: Effectively present our land properties to potential buyers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Negotiations: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with buyers to close deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and local regulations to optimize sales strategies.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation related to sales transactions.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record as a real estate agent or a strong passion for the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Lagos real estate market, including local regulations, property values, and trends.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in using real estate software and technology.
  • License: Valid real estate agent license in Lagos State.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
