About the Role

We are seeking a Web Designer to work on a contract basis to design and build a sleek, professional, and user-centric website for PlateauMed. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to combine creativity, functionality, and brand consistency in web design. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the website effectively communicates our mission and offerings while delivering a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Website Design: Develop a visually appealing and responsive website that aligns with PlateauMed's brand identity and goals.
• User Experience: Design intuitive navigation and user interfaces to ensure an excellent user experience for all visitors.
• Content Integration: Work with the marketing and product teams to organize and display content effectively, including text, images, videos, and other assets.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure the website reflects PlateauMed’s branding guidelines and enhances our online presence.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine ranking.
• Testing & Debugging: Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the website performs optimally across all devices and browsers.
• Maintenance & Handover: Provide documentation and training for internal teams to manage website updates and maintenance after project completion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio of professional web design projects.
• Proficiency in web design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
• Expertise in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; knowledge of responsive frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) is a plus.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
• Experience designing for healthcare or tech industries is a bonus.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a contract-based role.

Contract Duration

• Expected project duration: 8–12 weeks (subject to project requirements).
