French Language Teacher

Responsibilities:

French Language Instruction:

• Plan and deliver engaging French lessons to children aged 5-17.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that covers grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit the diverse learning needs of students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.

Classroom Management (Physical & Online):

• Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom.
• Address behavioral issues promptly and effectively.
• Encourage a respectful and supportive learning atmosphere.

Parental Engagement:

• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress and any concerns.
• Provide guidance on how parents can support their children's learning at home.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a French Teacher.
• Bachelor's degree in French, Education, or a related field.
• Teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent understanding of French grammar, vocabulary, and language conventions.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in teaching French as a second language (FSL).
• Familiarity with educational technology and online teaching platforms.
