We are seeking a Front Desk Officer to take charge of the day-to-day running of an IT & Telecom company as it concerns online marketing, staff administration and office record keeping. Digital marketing skill is highly required to efficiently perform the day-to-day functions of this job as well as other administrative skills

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor reception and inquiries.
- Oversee office administration, record-keeping, and staff communication.
- Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns to enhance online presence.
- Maintain accurate records of client, vendor, and employee data.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office supplies procurement.
- Support HR tasks, including onboarding and staff training coordination.
Requirements:
- University/Polytechnic degree.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Female preferably
- A minimum of two years experience is fine and a University/Polytechnic degree
