Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front desk environment.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct clients appropriately.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, creating engaging content and scheduling posts.
- Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and appointment scheduling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies.
- Ensure excellent personal hygiene and professional appearance at all times.
- Stay updated on social media trends to enhance engagement and brand awareness.
Requirements:
