The ideal candidate will have experience in front desk operations and customer service, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a well-organized front desk and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with coordinating meetings for management and staff.
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Provide information about our products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and managing inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
- Manage customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles.
- Proven experience resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and providing solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.) and customer management systems.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle a high volume of inquiries.
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to relocate to any of our branches (Abuja, Lagos, or Port Harcourt) as required. Accommodation will be provided.
