Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, dynamic Female Front Desk & Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt branches. The ideal candidate will have experience in front desk operations and customer service, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a well-organized front desk and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and assist with coordinating meetings for management and staff.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Provide information about our products, services, and company policies to customers.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and managing inventory as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
  • Manage customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles.
  • Proven experience resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and providing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.) and customer management systems.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and handle a high volume of inquiries.
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to relocate to any of our branches (Abuja, Lagos, or Port Harcourt) as required. Accommodation will be provided.
