Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Officer. This role is open to current NYSC Corps members looking to gain valuable work experience in the hospitality industry.
- Minimum Qualification : Degree
- Experience Level : Internship & Graduate
- Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience
- Must be a corp member
- Must reside on the Island (Lekki or its environ)
