Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations on a shift basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in/check-out process, and excellent customer service throughout their stay.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage reservations and room assignments using the hotel’s booking system.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
  • Maintain security by following hotel procedures and monitoring guest access.
  • Prepare shift reports and handovers to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
  • Stay informed about hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests.
  • Send daily reports to the manager and ensure a smooth handover at the end of their shift


Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience
  • BSc. Degree in any course of study
