Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations on a shift basis. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome, smooth check-in/check-out process, and excellent customer service throughout their stay.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using the hotel’s booking system.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Maintain security by following hotel procedures and monitoring guest access.
- Prepare shift reports and handovers to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
- Stay informed about hotel services, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests.
- Send daily reports to the manager and ensure a smooth handover at the end of their shift
Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience
- BSc. Degree in any course of study
