Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a warm, professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and manage the meeting room booking system.
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.
- Support various departments with clerical tasks and provide information to clients regarding OAL services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar front desk or receptionist role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanour with a customer-focused attitude.
