Olisa Agbakoba Legal (OAL) is a leading law firm committed to delivering exceptional legal services with a strong focus on innovative solutions. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and efficient Front Desk Officer to join our team at our Ikoyi office.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a warm, professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and manage the meeting room booking system.
  • Assist with administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry as needed.
  • Support various departments with clerical tasks and provide information to clients regarding OAL services.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar front desk or receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour with a customer-focused attitude.
