Job Summary

SweatboxLagos is looking for an organized, professional, and friendly Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our clients. As a Front Desk Officer, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

  • Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year
  • Working Hours : Rotating Schedule

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Manage appointment bookings and class schedules for clients.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries via email or in person.
  • Handle check-ins and check-outs for clients attending classes or appointments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing client records and processing payments.
  • Provide clients with information about SweatboxLagos programs, services, and policies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the facility runs smoothly.
  • Ensure that all visitors and clients follow facility protocols and safety guidelines.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and using scheduling software.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a calm and effective manner.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
