SweatboxLagos is looking for an organized, professional, and friendly Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our clients. As a Front Desk Officer, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Manage appointment bookings and class schedules for clients.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries via email or in person.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs for clients attending classes or appointments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing client records and processing payments.
- Provide clients with information about SweatboxLagos programs, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the facility runs smoothly.
- Ensure that all visitors and clients follow facility protocols and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and using scheduling software.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a calm and effective manner.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
