Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Keeping records, scheduling appointments, and handling clerical tasks.
- Manage front desk sales and multiple tasks.
- Ensuring the reception area is well-organized and presentable.
- Assisting internal teams with administrative support.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is an advantage.
- Must reside within Kubwa and have good knowledge of the area.
- Must be trustworthy, dependable, and willing to work with start-up businesses.
Remuneration: NGN 75,000 - 80,000
