- Managing Mail and Packages: Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Maintaining Front Desk Area: Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain logs, files, and data for various administrative tasks, including visitor logs and incident reports.
- Security: Monitor and control access to the building, ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
- Multitasking: Perform various administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and data entry as needed.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- HND in a relevant course of study
