Job Summary

The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling HR/administrative support tasks, and providing exceptional and smooth day-to-day office operations.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all time
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars
  • Handle basic administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees and visitor documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security procedures at the front office.
  • Provide general information and assistance to clients, customers, and visitors
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and office support
  • Any other duties as may be assigned.


Requirements:

  • BSc. Degree in any relevant course of study
  • Minimum of 2 years experience
