We are seeking a professional Secretary to manage our reception area, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of IT compliance, basic accounting skills, and strong secretarial and administrative abilities.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibiltiies:
- Greet and attend to visitors and clients professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence efficiently.
- Manage office supplies, records, and filing systems.
- Schedule meetings and appointments and maintain calendars.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Ensure IT compliance and maintain office digital records.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Requirements:
- NCE/OND/HND/B.Sc/B.Ed in any relevant field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of simple accounting principles
- IT compliance and digital record-keeping skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
Location: Lagos Mainland (Proximity to the work zone is an added advantage).
Remuneration: NGN 90,000 - 120,000
