Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

  • Minimum Qualification : OND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and manage check-in and check-out processes
  • Allocate rooms and provide keys
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to guest inquiries
  • Prepare room bills and ensure timely payments
  • Process payments, deposits, and refunds
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests
  • Offer concierge services, including booking tickets, travel arrangements, and local information


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software (desired)
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
