Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests or clients as they arrive at the front desk.
- Provide detailed information about travel packages, destinations, accommodations, and other tourism-related services.
- Assist customers in making travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and tours.
- Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, or via email, addressing questions and resolving any concerns.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs for clients, confirming travel itineraries, reservations, and accommodations.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle travel-related transactions.
- Promote special deals, travel packages, and loyalty programs to encourage bookings.
- Maintain a well-organized and clean front desk area.
- Coordinate with other departments or partners (airlines, hotels, tour companies) to fulfill customer requests.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements:
- Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and booking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain patient and calm under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
