Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

- Provide exceptional customer service by advising clients on travel options, including destinations, travel dates, costs, and accommodations, to meet their travel needs and preferences.
- Create customized travel itineraries, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel insurance, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, visa regulations, and destination information to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver personalized travel services and solutions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and sales pitches to potential clients and partners.
