Job Summary
The Front Desk/Admin Officer will undertake duties such as welcoming guests, answering calls, scheduling appointments, answering customer inquiries, handling inbound and outbound correspondence (e-mail and paper), handling travel arrangements, and other such related tasks.

- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive guests and clients on behalf of the organization
- Maintain a logbook of all incoming guests and clients in the organization daily.
- Act as the point of contact between manager and visitors.
- Answer all incoming calls and take messages.
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails )
- Managing office supplies
- Managing of filing system
- Manage Employee records
- Manage appointments and schedule meetings.
- Always ensure tidiness and proper ventilation of the reception area.
- Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules, etc.)
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Maintaining office equipment as needed
- Handle customers’ requests and complaints.
- Conduct on boarding and off boarding for all staff
- Tracking time and attendance of all staff
- Recommend staff for training, which can enhance their development
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed by the members of staff
Requirements:
- A degree in Social Sciences, Administration or any related field
- The ideal candidate should have a friendly and easy-going personality
- Possess Communications and Interpersonal Skills.
- Must be Presentable, Eloquent and Very Professional.
- Must Possess a Strong Sense of Confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment. E.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Ability to pay keen attention to details.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in a construction company is added advantage
- Must possess excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Word & Excel)
