Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails, providing information about our services.
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Promote our services and provide clients with relevant information about ongoing promotions.
Requirements:
- Higher National Diploma or higher; additional qualifications in customer service or hospitality are a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an office or retail environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
