A Front Desk/HMO officer is the first point of contact for any customer who has an inquiry or would like to use any of our services.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound phone calls
  • Addressing customers’ questions about products and services online and via emails
  • Processing payments
  • Submitting HMO bills.
  • Attending to inquiries physically, via emails, and online, sales.


Requirements:

  • Must have good communication skills
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite applications and platforms
  • Pay great attention to appearance and personal hygiene 
  • Good customer relationship
