Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound phone calls
- Addressing customers’ questions about products and services online and via emails
- Processing payments
- Submitting HMO bills.
- Attending to inquiries physically, via emails, and online, sales.
Requirements:
- Must have good communication skills
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Proficient with MS Office Suite applications and platforms
- Pay great attention to appearance and personal hygiene
- Good customer relationship
