Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct all phone calls
- Greet all office guests
- Manage, clean, and organize the front desk
- Schedule meetings, parent visits, and company events
- Collect and sort all mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
- Answer guests' and employees' questions
- Process invoices
- Perform light bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Manage non-academic staff duties
- Decorate the office for holidays
- Provide occasional tours of the school
- Support the office manager and administrative assistants
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience
- HND/BSc. in any field of study
