Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk/Social Media Handler at LAFE'S BUILDING & PROPERTIES LIMITED in our Lagos Branch. The role involves handling front desk responsibilities and managing social media accounts on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Manage office appointments, calendars, and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and office environment.
- Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor brand mentions online.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and content.
- Track social media metrics and report on performance and engagement.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations while supporting online marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite).
- Basic graphic design skills and content creation experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Creative thinking with a passion for digital marketing and engagement.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and balance multiple responsibilities.
- A positive, professional attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in social media management is a plus
