We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React and exceptional skills in converting Figma designs into high-quality, responsive, and pixel-perfect code to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly proficient in modern front-end technologies, and passionate about creating elegant and efficient user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect React code that is fully functional across browsers and devices.
• Develop and maintain reusable components using React, ensuring performance optimization and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to ensure technical feasibility and consistency between design and implementation.
• Implement state management using tools like Redux, Context API, or similar solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
• Work closely with the backend team to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow between front-end and back-end systems.
• Stay updated on the latest front-end development trends, frameworks, and tools to continuously improve the development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building modern, scalable web applications using React.
• Experience in translating complex Figma designs into fully responsive and functional front-end applications.
• Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with CSS preprocessors (Sass, Less) and CSS-in-JS libraries (e.g., Styled-Components).
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Experience with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and design patterns.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration with backend services.
• Solid knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript in React projects.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress.
• Experience with front-end performance optimization techniques.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and front-end deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• Experience with popular UI frameworks and libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design).
