Job Summary

A Front Office Agent performs numerous duties such as; check-in and check out guests, Make bookings and reservations for guests, follow up with guest order and preferences with other department, attend to both internal calls from guests and external calls for inquiries.

  • Minimum Qualification : OND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year
  • Working Hours : Rotating Schedule

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greets and welcomes guests for check-in and inquiries.
  • Check in and check out guests
  • Attend to both internal and external calls from guests and bookings
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.


Requirements:

  • Must be proficient in English Language
  • Must be able to maintain positive business relationships with guests to ensure future transactions
  • Must be computer literate and skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and also familiar with hospitality software
  • Must be able to think outside the box and proffer problem-solving solutions to guests' complaints and requests.
  • Ability to learn new skills
