Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Greets and welcomes guests for check-in and inquiries.
- Check in and check out guests
- Attend to both internal and external calls from guests and bookings
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in English Language
- Must be able to maintain positive business relationships with guests to ensure future transactions
- Must be computer literate and skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and also familiar with hospitality software
- Must be able to think outside the box and proffer problem-solving solutions to guests' complaints and requests.
- Ability to learn new skills
