Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Front-End Developer with strong expertise in WordPress, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate must be fast, efficient, and able to deliver high-quality work on time. Since we do not currently have a dedicated back-end developer, you should also be comfortable handling WordPress plugin customization, troubleshooting, and minor back-end adjustments.
You will be responsible for managing our company website as well as designing, developing, and maintaining client websites. Additionally, you should have a good eye for design, color selection, and user experience (UX/UI) best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, and functionalities).
- Handle front-end and minor back-end development tasks in PHP and WordPress.
- Customize and troubleshoot WordPress plugins to meet project requirements.
- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and security.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Implement color theory and UI/UX best practices to enhance visual aesthetics.
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs on existing websites.
- Work with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce for online store development.
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest web technologies, design trends, and WordPress developments.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a front-end developer with WordPress, PHP, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress theme and plugin customization.
- Good understanding of UI/UX, color selection, and visual design principles.
- Experience with WooCommerce, Elementor, Gutenberg, and third-party API integrations.
- Basic back-end knowledge (handling database connections, troubleshooting PHP errors, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be able to work full-time at our office.
