Job Summary:

As an FTTH Regional Manager, you'll lead regional teams to deliver fiber optic network projects, ensuring timely and quality deployments while driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

·      Develop and implement regional strategies for FTTH network expansion.

·      Lead cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.

·      Manage project lifecycles, from planning to delivery.

·      Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

·      Foster relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and partners.

·      Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

·      Drive business growth through new sales and revenue opportunities.

·      Conduct performance reviews and talent development.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

·      5+ years of experience in telecommunications, fiber optics, or a related field.

·      Proven track record in managing regional operations and teams.

·      Strong understanding of FTTH technology, network design, and deployment.

·      Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·      Strategic thinking and business acumen.
