Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of fuel attendants.
- Ensure proper dispensing of fuel and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor fuel stock levels and report shortages to management.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel sales and transactions.
- Train and mentor fuel attendants to provide excellent customer service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Enforce station policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or irregularities to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in any relevant field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in fuel station operations or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of fuel station safety procedures.
