Job Purpose
- To develop innovative AI solutions by writing effective Python code, leveraging business insights, and solving complex algorithmic problems. The role requires collaborating with various US-based companies to create both commercial and research-focused AI applications.
- Write efficient and effective Python code to address and solve complex issues.
- Utilize business acumen and analytical skills to extract valuable insights from public databases.
- Clearly document and explain the logic behind code implementations using Jupyter notebooks or other appropriate tools.
- Design practical coding solutions and develop test cases to ensure code functionality and accuracy.
- Debug and refine code to improve solution performance and reliability.
- Optionally, contribute to software quality assurance and test planning activities.
- Extensive experience with Python, including strong proficiency in the language’s syntax and conventions.
- Previous experience solving algorithmic problems.
- Ability to clearly communicate problem-solving strategies and code logic.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to design practical solutions in code, develop test cases, and debug effectively.
