Full Stack IT Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the internal developer, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure effective IT governance.
• Ensure the availability, continuity, and security of IT services through effective disaster recovery planning and implementation.
• Lead and manage IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT projects align with business objectives and logistics operations.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, including forecasting and expenditure tracking.
• Implement and manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and applications.
• Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the internal developer and other staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance IT skills and knowledge within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 years of proven experience in IT management, including application development and project management.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software, and applications.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages and application development frameworks.
• Experience with IT governance frameworks and best practices.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 500,000
