Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Using the Laravel framework to build, test, and maintain web applications, ensuring they are functional, secure, and scalable.
- Would Work on Existing applications, perform upgrades on them as well as refactor them where required
- Working with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers to conceptualize, design, and implement software solutions.
- Utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies while leveraging Laravel's features for back-end logic, database management, and APIs.
- Designing and implementing efficient database structures using MySQL or PostgreSQL, and ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Creating and integrating APIs to enable communication between different parts of the application and with external services.
- Identifying and resolving issues in the application, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code, following coding standards and best practices.
- Keeping abreast of the latest web technologies, frameworks, and development trends.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of PHP programming and expertise in using the Laravel framework.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and potentially other front-end frameworks like Vue.js or React.
- Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL, including SQL and database design principles.
- Experience in creating and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in using Git or other version control systems.
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in web applications.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with unit testing and integration testing.
- Understanding of web security best practices and implementing security measures.
