Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Furniture Delivery Driver to join our team at Aquila interiors. As a Furniture Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of furniture to customers’ homes or business locations. You will represent our company with excellent customer service and attention to detail while maintaining the highest level of safety and professionalism.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver furniture to customers’ homes and businesses according to scheduled routes.
- Load, unload, and transport furniture items with care, ensuring they are properly secured during transit.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including helping customers with the placement of furniture and offering assistance as needed.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure that the delivery vehicle is in safe working condition.
- Ensure all paperwork (delivery receipts, invoices, etc.) is completed accurately and returned promptly.
- Assist with inventory management, including the unloading and stocking of furniture items in the store.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring that it is presentable and well-maintained.
- Communicate effectively with the store’s team and customers regarding delivery schedules, delays, or issues.
- Handle returns or exchanges as required, ensuring items are carefully returned to the store or warehouse.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of previous experience in driving
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles (box truck, van, or similar).
- Ability to lift heavy furniture items (up to [insert weight, e.g., 100 lbs.]) and perform physical tasks as required.
- Prior experience in furniture delivery or a similar field is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable.
- Must have a positive attitude and be willing to work as part of a team.
Location: Lekki
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 120,000
