Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, cultivate, and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, etc.).
- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets.
Requirements:
- 2 - 3+ years of sales leadership experience in Interior design or furniture industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) will be an added advantage.
