Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily factory operations, including production planning and workforce management.
- Ensure high-quality garment construction, pattern-making, and tailoring techniques.
- Monitor production efficiency and implement process improvements.
- Maintain strict quality control measures to meet industry standards.
- Supervise machine operations and ensure proper maintenance of sewing and automated machines.
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and vendors to meet production goals.
- Train and manage factory staff to enhance productivity and skills.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in garment manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, patterns, and tailoring techniques.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning.
- Familiarity with sewing machinery and automated machine maintenance (a plus).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
