We are seeking to hire an exceptional Production Supervisor/Quality Assurance Officer to manage and oversee daily garment production activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all garments meet our quality standards, supervise production staff, and improve workflow efficiency.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production processes and ensure timelines are met.
- Oversee production floor activities, monitor worker performance, and ensure adherence to production targets.
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process garments, and finished products to maintain quality standards.
- Identify defects or quality issues and implement corrective actions immediately.
- Coordinate sampling, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packaging processes.
- Maintain production reports, update records, and provide feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the production area.
- Collaborate with design and pattern departments to ensure accuracy in execution.
- Train and mentor production staff to improve efficiency and quality output.
- Recommend improvements to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in garment production or quality assurance.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in garment construction.
- Strong supervisory ability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
- Minimum qualification: OND/HND/BSc in Fashion Design or related field.
