Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven group General Manager (GGM) for our growing real estate firm. The GGM will be responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives, driving business growth, and managing key operational aspects of our organization. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key business partners and financial institutions.
  • Oversee financial operations, ensuring effective management of budgets, investments, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to optimize profitability and growth
  • Develop and execute strategies for business expansion, identifying new revenue streams and opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Lead the identification and execution of strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions to drive growth.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to ensure the company maintains a competitive
  • Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities to promote brand presence and secure business.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance corporate culture, ensuring alignment with organizational values.
  • Lead by example, motivating teams and providing guidance to senior management and department heads.
  • Develop and implement programs to support employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
  • Promote open communication and transparency across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure the successful execution of key business projects and initiatives in line with company objectives.
  • Implement and refine processes to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational workflows.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure timely execution of strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to meet organizational goals and streamline decision-making.
  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s strategic roadmap in alignment with overall business goals
  • Provide leadership and vision to ensure the implementation of business objectives.
  • Use data-driven insights and market analysis to make informed decisions.
  • Review financial, operational, and sales performance regularly, making adjustments to strategies where necessary.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, clients, developers, and government agencies.
  • Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions.
  • Ensure transparency and clear communication between the board of directors, management, and external stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
