Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and implement business strategies for each subsidiary to align with corporate goals.
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation across all subsidiaries.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and ensure business adaptability.
- Report directly to the executive board on subsidiary performance and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a relevant field, an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior management role, ideally within transportation, real estate, or oil &gas sectors.
- She has proven leadership skills with strong financial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Remuneration: NGN 700,000 - 1,000,000
