Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of managers and staff, fostering a positive work culture and encouraging collaboration.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance, achieve growth targets, and expand market share.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service standards and implementing improvement strategies.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and employee development. Manage staffing levels and ensure a productive work environment.
- Ensure the organization adheres to industry regulations, health and safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Work closely with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
- Report to senior management or executives on key performance metrics, operational challenges, and progress toward goals.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
